Participation to the 18th Panhellenic Scientific Conference of the Hellenic Botanical Society

Abstract submission

Abstracts will be submitted through the website. Further instructions will be announced once the submission of abstracts will open, which is estimated to be around mid-May or early June.

Indicative topics are given in which oral and poster presentations can be classified. The topics will be enriched by the proposed special sessions. The final conference sessions will also be determined based on the topics of the abstracts submitted.

Registration

Registration will be made through the website. All participants attending the conference, as well as accompanying persons, must register. Registration will start with the submission of abstracts during the second half of May. The cost will be lower for early registration by the abstract submission deadline. The corresponding author of each presentation will need to register to submit an abstract. 
The registration fee includes participation-attendance of sessions, conference materials, welcome dinner on the opening day of the conference, coffee-snacks during breaks on the two days of the sessions, coffee-beverages throughout the sessions, lunch for the two days of the sessions in the University student club's roof-garden-cafeteria, certificate of attendance, and substantial discounts on conference dinner and conference excursion. 
The cost per person for participation in the conference dinner, the conference excursion and the post-conference excursion will be announced later.
It will be possible to issue an invoice for those participants who wish to do so (instructions will be provided).
The registration fee per category is given below:

1: Valid for H.B.S. members who have paid their subscription also for 2024

2: Earlybird registration is made by the deadline for submission of abstracts, while after this deadline registration is considered late.

3: Includes participation-attendance of sessions, coffee-finger food during breaks on the two days of the sessions, coffee-beverages throughout the sessions and certificate of participation.

4: Includes everything mentioned above for the registration fee, except the conference material and the certificate of participation
