All participants attending the conference, as well as accompanying persons, must register. Earlybird registration can be made until the deadline for abstract submission, which is extended to the 6th of September 2024.

The registration fee includes:
- participation-attendance of sessions,
- conference material,
- welcome dinner on the opening day of the conference,
- coffee-snacks during breaks on the two days of the sessions,
- coffee-beverages throughout the sessions,
- lunch for the two days of the sessions in the University student club's roof-garden-cafeteria,
- certificate of attendance, and
- substantial discounts on conference dinner and conference excursion. .

1. Valid for H.B.S. members who have paid their subscription also for 2024. Those members who owe one or more dues can pay them before their registration, after confirming the amount due by contacting the treasurer of the H.B.S., I. Bazos (ibazos
biol [dot] uoa [dot] gr).
2. Earlybird registration is made by the deadline for submission of abstracts (28/8/2024), while after this deadline registration is considered late.
3. Includes participation-attendance of sessions, coffee-finger food during breaks on the two days of the sessions, coffee-beverages throughout the sessions and certificate of participation.
4. Includes everything mentioned above for the registration fee, except the conference material and the certificate of participation. Delegates who are the main presenters for a presentation at the conference cannot register in this category.
In order for your registration to be valid, you must deposit your participation fee to the H.B.S. account (IBAN: GR3301710090006009101656615, Piraeus Bank), indicating as justification (e.g. information to beneficiary) your full name and the text "registration to the 18th HBS conference".
Please kindly accept the bank transaction fee (if applicable) and do not transfer it to the HBS.
